Here you can find some low-cost services if you're interested in speaking to a mental health professional.

Offers single-session, immediate, walk-in counselling supports​

75-minute single session counselling for individuals, couples, and families, often available within the week.

While "single session," community members are welcome to book with us anytime they need support.

A "one-stop-shop" for affordable counselling and other mental health supports

Counselling offered at a sliding-scale cost that is dependent on income level

Offers affordable, barrier-free access to in-person, phone, or video counselling services for people of all ages (including immigrants, persons with disabilities, sexual health, caregiver, etc.)

On Campus Resources

A specific wellness program open to CSM learners including BCR students.

Offers counselling, neurodiversity support advising, center for mindfulness and their own Wellness center (just to name a few).

Offers free in person or virtual counselling services

Can be One-at-a-time counselling (75 minutes) or Brief Ongoing counselling (50 minutes and by referral)

Offers writing support, academic support, exploratory advising as well as peer to peer programs for First generation students.

Neurodiversity Support Advisors (NSA) offer neuro-affirming educational supports to students through an embodied approach to mental wellbeing.

The UCRC is an inclusive, peer-driven space supporting all pathways to recovery, building community, and reducing addiction stigma on campus.
