Community Rehabilitation Disability Studies Students Association

The Stillness Project

The creation of this website is part of a bigger mental health initiative to increase access and awareness to mental health services both on and off the university campus. To further this impact, the CRDSSA has also created a wellness workbook to provide students with opportunities for self-care strategies and self-help resources to promote positive well-being.

As university students in a field as demanding and emotionally charged as disability advocacy, stillness reminds us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with purpose. It represents the understanding that caring for ourselves is the foundation that allows us to care for others.
