  • The service is free, confidential and available in over 170 languages over the phone.

  • UCalgary offers a variety of free resources to support you throughout your studies. See what support options are available for you depending on your needs

  • You can search for physical or virtual well-being supports (e.g. programs, services, tools, etc.) available nearest your community and across Canada using Kids Help Phone’s directory of vetted (trustworthy) resources.

These resources will provide you with a variety of websites and apps, providing you with some direction for where to start.
